Cantina Paltrinieri

Located in the heart of Sorbara, in Emilia Romagna, in the fertile province of Modena, the Paltrinieri winery is a family-run farm, engaged in the production of Lambrusco di Sorbara for three consecutive generations. In fact, the activity of the Paltrinieri winery began in the mid-1920s with Achille Paltrinieri. It is currently managed by Alberto Paltrinieri and his wife Barbara. The winery only vinifies the grapes harvested in its own vineyards, which currently extend over an area of fifteen hectares between the Secchia river and the Panaro river. They produce a wide range of labels that express a job full of passion and determination. award-winning by the guide James Sackling, Veronelli, Vitae AIS and Gambero Rosso. Paltrinieri’s Lambrusco di Sorbara “LaRiserva” is an interesting version of rosé sparkling wine produced with the Martinotti or Charmat method. It has a bright pink color and has a fresh fragrance with citrus and floral notes.
