Anghelu Ruju di Sella & Mosca

Obtained with ancient and ancestral gestures, Anghelu Ruju comes from cannonau grapes
left to dry in the sun for 15 – 20 days, on reed frames raised above the ground
covered every night and in bad weather. Fortified before the long
barrel aging, is an authentic expression of the territory and takes its name from a
archaeological site discovered in 1903 inside the estates. Meditation wine,
extraordinarily versatile with cheese and chocolate, it has color
garnet red with orange reflections, aromas of blackberry jam and berries
withered, hints of tobacco and cocoa. Rich, of great thickness and softness on the palate,
it has an incomparable end to the mouth with caressing spicy references.
